A. Wiring the door locl using power from Dahua DHI ASI1212A
When using this scheme the door lock get its power from access control so there is no need to use extra power supply to power the door lock. An adaptor that powering Dahua access control is enough for powering both access control and the door lock.

A. Wiring the door lock using external power supply
This scheme is used when the adaptor for Dahua access control is not available, but we do have an external power supply that able to produce output power 12V 1A.
Both the door lock and the access control get its power from the external supply. An external power supply that powering Dahua access control is enough for powering both access control and the door lock.
