Apabila setelah install software Biotime 8.0 saat di jalankan dari browser keluar error message “the operation you selected is not working properly or the service is not available!”
jika ada ikuti cara testing dibawah ini:
- Jalankan ZKBioTime Platform Service Controller, pilih tab Service, kemudian tekan tobol Check Port.
- Perhatikan notifikasi disebelah kanan layar, pastikan semua service OK.
- Pilih tab database
- Tekan tombol connect test (dan cek hasil koneksi database hingga muncul “connected successfully”
- Tekan tombol create table, gunakan data defaultnya ( database type, host , db name ,user , password dan port )
- Pilih tab service dan lalu tekan tombol start dan tunggu sampai semua service berjalan dan ok
- Dan buka software Biotime 8.0.8
- Dan software dapat berjalan dengan baik.
